Shauna Swerland is the Managing Director and Head of the Administrative/Support Practice. She brings to Glocap over 12 years of experience in Administrative/Support recruiting and staffing. Prior to Glocap, Shauna held several positions including Managing Director at a national search firm where she opened and managed offices in San Francisco, New York, and Boston. Her expertise lies in understanding the unique administrative staffing needs of her clients across various industries including Financial Services, Consulting, Fashion, Advertising, Publishing, Real Estate and Entertainment. Shauna has a BA in Sociology from the University of Washington where she was a Division I Pac 10 women's tennis player. She continues to enjoy all sports, movies and traveling, and has been active over the years in fundraising for causes including the Leukemia Society and The American Cancer Society. |
