Shaun Gehman,Vice President of Member Services, Shaun Gehman, has a secret for success: encourage diversity. Diversity is often undervalued, he explains, but it can be a powerful driving force for success and profitability especially within technology companies. As a team member, I’m drawn to companies with unique business offerings and strategic foresight. As a leader, I’ve learned that the right team is an executive’s greatest asset. When I create a team I keep both talent and diversity in mind. Gehman’s prior executive and management roles include Vice President of Operations for Fidelity National Information Services, Director of Support for Dynix, Manager of Client Operations for CRS Retail Systems, and Manager of Support Program Management for Novell, Inc.Diversity is evident in Gehman’s off-duty hours as well. He enjoys quality time with his family, plays tennis and golf, travels, and watches his favorite TV shows (E.R. and The Office).
