Shaun joined Bowen Advisors after a 19-year career in the communications technology industry and U.S. military. He directs Bowen Advisors' focus on the defense and government sectors, while also serving as a senior member of the firm's communications technology deal team. Prior to Bowen Advisors, Shaun served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales & Marketing for sentitO Networks (acquired by Verso Technologies), where he was responsible for all aspects of its sales and marketing activities for the America's and Asia Pacific regions. Before sentitO, Shaun was Assistant Vice President of Sales for Lucent Technologies (merged with Alcatel), and Area Vice President of Sales for North America at Telica (acquired by Lucent). Earlier in his career, Shaun held senior sales management positions at Alcatel, DSC Communications, and Telecommunications Technique Corporation.
Shaun began his 12-year career in telecommunications, after serving seven years in the United States Naval Academy as a nuclear submarine officer. He serves on the Board of Directors for the software company JournalTek. Shaun received a bachelor's degree with honors in Naval Architecture Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and a master's degree in Information Systems Management from The George Washington University. He is qualified as a general securities representative and holds Series 7 and 63 licenses.
