With over 17 years of diverse business experience, holding key positions in leading Engineering and Sales organizations, Shashank has represented both sides of the offshoring industry.
Shashank has worked with leading Fortune 100 companies headquartered in Europe and the United States, facilitating and furthering India, Singapore, Ireland and the Greater China Region (GCR) as offshoring instruments specializing in product development and deliverance of IT/IS services. These companies include IBM, Hewlett-Packard and CitiCorp.
In 2000, Shashank founded Managed Strategic Services business unit, which is currently advancing and benefiting over 25 global ISVs (Independent Software Vendors) in innovating next generation products mainly out of the Managed Labs in India.
In his current role, Shashank leads clustered teams of over 1500 engineers while advising marquee ISVs like Business Objects, Portal Software and EMC-Documentum. Shashank is conjointly on board several of Ness’ clients Offshoring Steering Committees.
Shashank holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering from the College of Engineering, Pune. |
