Sharon Welke is Vice President of Asset Management located near St. Louis, Missouri. Ms. Welke joined SunAmerica in 1996 and is responsible for reviewing SunAmerica's affordable housing properties in the Midwest. Ms. Welke previously worked in the apartment property and asset management business for 13 years prior to joining SunAmerica. She spent seven years at the Sage Company in Minneapolis where she was the Operations Manager for a portfolio of 36 properties and 5,400 units in seven states. Prior to that, she was a Regional Marketing Director for the Angeles Corporation and a training specialist for Balcor/American Express in Dallas, Texas. Ms. Welke received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from St. Cloud University in St. Cloud, Minnesota. Ms. Welke is a Certified Property Manager and is a member of the National Association of Realtors.
