Sharon Stewart joined CHS in 2006 and oversees clinical systems applications. Over the past 18 years, her healthcare industry leadership has been demonstrated in information system implementation and management, mergers, acquisitions, clinical divestitures, and adoption of Advanced Clinical Information Systems. Stewart earned both a bachelor’s degree in business administration/finance and a master’s in healthcare administration at the University of Texas in Arlington. She has served as national chair for the clinical systems special interest group in the Health Information Management and Systems Society. She is currently active in Rotary, and is a diplomat of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
