Experience in audit, general accounting, and financial reporting services for both publicly traded and private technology companies as well as wholesale distributors. Sharon also has consulted non-audit client public companies on their SEC reporting requirements, including coordinating Form 10-K and 10-Q reports with outside auditors, internal accounting management, and outside counsel.
