Sharon's professional background includes over 25 years experience in marketing and delivering professional consulting services including expertise in executive coaching, leadership development, career transition, talent management and information technology solutions.

Her focus on understanding the organization's business requirements as well as the individual's professional needs allows her to integrate successful solutions to address both. Her professional background has served the career management, manufacturing, distribution, mining, consumer goods, retail, insurance, and finance industries.

Prior to joining CareerStrategies, LLC, Sharon worked for an international career management firm in St Louis. She also served as Principal at IBM and provided professional consulting and e-business solutions to national and global companies in the region. As an account representative for local St Louis consulting companies, Sharon also has experience in providing professional consulting services to many of the major companies located in the St. Louis metropolitan area.

Sharon is active in the Human Resources Management Association of Greater St Louis (HRMA), the St Louis Regional Commerce and Growth Association (RCGA), and the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). She also serves on the Board of Good Shepherd School for Children, which provides inclusive early childhood education as well as outpatient and home therapy services for children up to the age of 18. Her leisure activities include numerous sports activities, dancing and writing short stories.

Sharon earned her B.S. in Business Management from Maryville University and resides in Brentwood, MO.
