A Senior Consultant for Courtland, Sharon is currently assigned to the New Jersey Child Support project (NJKIDS) where she is overseeing day-to-day activities of the Implementation Team. Sharon began her career with Gerber Products Company, holding various positions in Marketing and Finance, and administration. Joining Courtland to work on the Michigan Child Support Enforcement System (MiCSES) project, Sharon held numerous management positions including oversight of customer support staff, customer service, triage, and change management. Her contribution to the MiCSES project earned her a Governor’s Award in 2002 for outstanding efforts for her commitment and dedication to providing a quality, trusted government service to the children of the State of Michigan. With her significant expertise in project implementation, Sharon joined the New Jersey Child Support project, where she is responsible for the implementation team rolling out and supporting the next generation of child support enforcement applications. |
