Sharon was a Vice President of Waterfield Mortgage Company, Inc. one of the nation's largest privately held mortgage originators and servicers of mortgage loans. Sharon was responsible for the management of FHA Multifamily loans in a five state area. Her responsibilities included disbursement of construction funds and loan closings with FHA and GNMA regional offices. At Carmel, Sharon has the responsibility for the planning and administration of all personnel programs including employment, compensation, employee relations, company benefits and adherence to all state and federal laws. Sharon also originates human resource practices and policies to provide a balanced program throughout the organization. Sharon's goal is to maintain our "family friendly" environment and to create a climate where our employees are encouraged to grow and excel. Sharon also acts as the Corporate Secretary. |
