Sharon Donovan Hart is head of Business Project Services and has been instrumental in the migration and support of technology aimed at improving end-to-end business performance for the corporation. She has managed the effort to deploy the global architecture for Investor Services to State Street locations throughout the world. Ms. Hart is responsible for day-to-day management of project assignments, business analysis, business support, centralized pricing services and acceptance test functions critical to the business of Investor Services and Global Services.
Ms. Hart also serves as the business technology integration lead for the Deutsche Bank GSS acquisition, a role that requires a deep understanding of diverse technology systems and platforms in markets around the world and a strong discipline in end-to-end project management.
Ms. Hart joined the company in 1983 and has held a number of management positions in both mutual funds operations and technology project services. She was responsible for managing the business process during State Street's Y2K and euro conversions. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Stonehill College.
