Sharon Fiehler was named Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer in January 2008. She has executive responsibility for affirmative action, benefits, compensation, organizational and employee development, employee relations, facilities management services, flight services programs, information services and procurement.
Sharon has served in a series of roles in organizational and employee relations, compensation and salaried benefits since joining the company as Manager of Salary Administration in 1981. Since April 2002, she has held the position of Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Administration.
Sharon is on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of St. Louis and the Board of Trustees for the St. Louis Zoo. She is also Vice President of the University of Missouri - St. Louis (UMSL) Chancellor's Council. |
