Shanti Atkins is the President & CEO of ELT and a former employment attorney for Littler Mendelson. She joined ELT when it first began producing online courseware in 1999, and has been in the legal training industry for over a decade. Shanti works directly with subject matter experts from Littler Mendelson and Shearman & Sterling to create ELT's unique e-learning product suite. In addition to her content and business development activities, Shanti advises ELT clients regarding strategic risk management initiatives and workplace compliance. Shanti received her Masters of Law (LL.M.) from Harvard University, specializing in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and corporate risk management.
