Shanti Atkins is the President & CEO of ELT and a former employment attorney for Littler Mendelson. She joined ELT when it first began producing online courseware in 1999, and has been in the legal training industry for over a decade. Shanti works directly with subject matter experts from Littler Mendelson and Shearman & Sterling to create ELT's unique e-learning product suite. In addition to her content and business development activities, Shanti advises ELT clients regarding strategic risk management initiatives and workplace compliance. ELT has supported more than 1,000 corporate clients and 2,000,000 end users. Shanti received her Masters of Law (LL.M.) from Harvard University, specializing in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and corporate risk management. At Harvard she was a Viscount Bennett Fellow and served on the Harvard Negotiation Law Review. Shanti received her J.D. from Queen's University (Canada) and her B.A. (Film) from Queen's University (Canada) where she was a Queen's National Scholar.
