Shannon Johnson, Search Consultant, based in Southern California brings fourteen years of experience in both the search and hospitality industries. Prior to joining Elliot Associates, Shannon worked for a national, multi-unit restaurant chain. Her focus was in operations, management and training. She was an integral part of the ‘openings’ teams for the company’s first casual dining concept which ultimately became a flagship for its brand. Shannon also spent a number of years managing two field offices for a national staffing company where she was involved with recruiting, hiring, marketing, business development and training. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento. Shannon and her husband Jeff reside with their two young children in Orange County, California.
