Shannon Marie McKenna focuses her practice primarily on class actions on behalf of defrauded investors and consumers. Ms. McKenna received a Bachelor of Science degree from The College of New Jersey (formerly Trenton State College) in 2000 and a Juris Doctor degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 2003. While still in law school, Ms. McKenna gained trial experience in D.C. Superior Court, representing indigent clients for D.C. Law Students in Court. After graduating from law school, Ms. McKenna served as a law clerk for the Honorable James McGirr Kelly, U.S.D.J., and for the Honorable David R. Strawbridge, U.S.M.J., both of the District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Following her clerkship, Ms. McKenna was an associate at one of the nation's leading securities class action law firms where she became an integral part of several securities fraud matters. Since joining Coughlin Stoia, her practice has continued to focus on complex securities litigation. Ms. McKenna is a member of the Bars of the States of California, New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She is also admitted to practice in the Southern District of California, Southern District of New York and Eastern District of Pennsylvania. |
