Description of Practice:
Shannon is an associate in our San Diego office and a member of the real estate, land use, and environmental and natural resources practice groups. She advises clients on a wide range of land use and environmental issues including endangered species, wetlands, CEQA/NEPA compliance, and CERCLA. Shannon has extensive experience with environmental review and permitting for complex electric and gas infrastructure projects. She has worked and coordinated with various experts including planners, biologists, archaeologists, water quality specialists, and hazardous materials managers, as well as governmental and regulatory agencies.
Educational History:
Shannon obtained her B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara in Environmental Studies. She later received her M.S. in Environmental Science and Management from the University of California at Santa Barbara, during which she served as a member on the Dean's Advisory Committee. In 2003, Shannon received her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law. |
