Ms. Bell joined the firm in 2005 and concentrates her practice on governmental liability, education law, general insurance defense and employment law. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel. Ms. Bell received her law degree from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1997 and is admitted to practice in Arizona.
