Shannon E. Smithwas appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company in February 2001 and Secretary in July 2002. Mr. Smith joined the Company in October 2000 as Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer. From March 1997 to October 2000, Mr. Smith served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Jemison-Demsey Holding Company, and other entities controlled by Jemison Investment Company, based in Alabama. Mr. Smith is a Certified Public Accountant. |
