Description of Practice: Shane is an associate in our San Diego office and a member of the litigation practice group. He advises clients on a wide variety of commercial disputes, including regulatory investigation, bankruptcy, federal civil rights and RICO.
Educational History: Shane received a B.S. in biology and a B.A. in political science, summa cum laude, from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 2002, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. In 2005, he received his J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law, where he was executive editor of the Ecology Law Quarterly. |
