Shane Belovsky is a founding member of Foldera and the Vice President of Customer Relations. He heads Foldera's Customer Relations department, which is responsible for providing technical support, managing user feedback, maintaining help functionality, and facilitating customer communication. As Foldera's primary liaison with the end-user, Shane plays a key role in determining the needs of Foldera's users and how they are best addressed by the company's overall product vision. His experience in customer service and customer communication has been a valuable asset to Foldera, as is evident in his key role in the creation of Foldera's extensive online Knowledge Base. Shane joined Foldera in 2002. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree with honors in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Irvine. |
