Background: Shane is an associate with Hale Lane and practices in all areas of civil and commercial litigation and employment law. Before joining the firm, Shane clerked for the Honorable Mark Gibbons at the Supreme Court of Nevada. Education and Professional Affiliations Shane was born in Albany, Oregon, and raised in Kent, Washington. After receiving a bachelor’s degree in history at Brigham Young University, Shane graduated magna cum laude from Willamette University College of Law. During law school, Shane served on the editorial board of the Willamette Law Review and worked as an extern for the Honorable Robert D. Durham of the Supreme Court of Oregon.
