As global vice president of marketing and business development, Sham Sao brings deep experience in enterprise software, strategic alliances, human resource management, and marketing to Deploy Solutions.
Prior to joining Deploy, Sao served as vice president of marketing and business development with Cambridge, Massachusetts-based InfoLenz Inc., an MIT-founded company in the emerging field of marketing optimization solutions. He has also held executive positions in marketing and business development at Partnerware and Trilogy Software, where he led product launches, established strategic alliances, and drove marketing to grow revenues. Prior to his work at Trilogy, Sao was an engagement manager with McKinsey & Company, where he led strategic consulting engagements. He also led projects in HR best practices working with McKinsey's Organization Practice, which performed groundbreaking research on "the war for talent." Sao is also a Board Member of and the Chief Marketing Officer for NETSEA, the New England Technology Sales/Business Development/Marketing Association, a forum for high-tech revenue-focused executives in New England.
Sao holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics and a B.A. in Economics from Yale University. He also attended Harvard Business School and Harvard Law School, where he earned a J.D. in high-tech law. |
