With almost twenty years of engineering and product management experience in the high tech sector, Sham Chotai has demonstrated an ability to build customer-centric technology organizations that are focused on execution and geared for rapid growth. At KANA Mr. Chotai oversees product management, product development, documentation and quality assurance. Prior to joining KANA, Mr. Chotai served as Vice President of Engineering at KNOVA Software, Inc., now a division of Consona Corporation. Prior to KNOVA, Mr. Chotai co-founded DecisionView Software, an analytics technology company, and provided technology leadership to a number of startups and large public companies, including Cognos, Agile Software, Engage I/PRO, Imagicast, Inc. (XperEx) and Red Brick Systems, Inc. Mr. Chotai holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto, with a specialty in adaptive/intelligent control systems. |
