Mr. Dhatigara, who is also the company’s founder, brings 10 years of industry experience to this venture. His extensive real-world IT consulting, operations and management experience along with a strong educational background in software development and business administration provides the company with the necessary tools and leadership to sustain its growth. Prior to founding Xynyx, Mr. Dhatigara was a co-founder, Chairman and CEO of Optimal Solutions, Inc. (OSI); a privately held television broadcast software company. Under Dhatigara’s leadership, OSI designed, developed, and implemented OSI-Trafficä, a commercial software product for the television broadcasting industry, which is utilized by Paxson Communications to manage its network and local television traffic operations for all its stations. Dhatigara was directly responsible for the company’s rapid growth. Within four months of the launch of OSI-TrafficTM, he doubled the company’s revenue and technical team; thus accelerating its development. He has provided systems consulting services to several Fortune 100 companies, including Anheuser-Busch and Monsanto, in areas of company-wide software implementations, technology evaluation/deployment, network infrastructure design/support, systems integration/programming, providing direction for enterprise-wide projects, and providing technical support to end-users across large corporate networks. Mr. Dhatigara holds degrees in Computer Science and Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. |
