Shahtaj Agha has been very successful at providing original candidate research and candidate sourcing for use in the search selection process for over 13 years. She has worked directly for major corporations, large national healthcare organizations and executive search firms. Ms. Agha develops organizational structures, name generation and telephone screening to assess qualifications for and interest in searches that are being conducted by our search consultants.
She has conducted candidate research for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, hospital systems, biotech, banking, financial services, utilities, automotive, general manufacturing and national consulting practices.
Ms. Agha began conducting research in 1991 for a healthcare organization with six hospitals, 3 nursing homes and long-term care facilities. She provided all of the upper level management positions for all of the hospitals and nursing homes within the corporation. As the face of healthcare changed and more hospital systems merged to gain market share and patient populations in their areas of expertise, her client became the largest corporation in the industry.
Ms. Agha is currently providing research for two hospital systems in Illinois. The most recent searches that she has completed for these hospital systems were for a CFO, and Vice President, Strategic Planning and Business Development.
Ms. Agha holds a BA degree in English Literature from Mount Carmel College in Bangalore, India.
