Shae Harvey is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP and a member of the Global Project Finance Department.
Ms. Harvey has represented retail energy providers in the purchase and sale of renewable energy, electric capacity and ancillary services. Ms. Harvey's representation has included providing analysis and advice regarding regulatory controls related to renewable energy that have been implemented by public utility commissions, drafting and negotiating power purchase agreements for wind, solar and biomass projects, as well as the general monitoring of the development, construction and ongoing operation of renewable power projects.
Ms. Harvey has also represented syndicates of banks in connection with the project financing of wind and solar power plants throughout the United States. Representation has included the negotiation of credit agreements and related financing documents as well as the review and analysis of project documents including power purchase agreements, engineering and procurement contracts and operation and maintenance agreements.
Ms. Harvey attended Howard University School of Law and Texas A&M University.
In 2005 and 2006, Ms. Harvey was recognized by California Lawyer Magazine as one of Southern California's top 100 attorneys under 40. |
