Shad Stastney joined the Ambient Board of Directors in June of 2008. Mr. Stastney is a founding partner of Vicis Capital LLC the investment advisor to Vicis Capital Master Fund a multi-strategy fund with approximately $4 billion in assets under management. Mr. Stastney has been managing Vicis Capital since June 2004. Prior to Vicis Capital from July 2001 through May 2004 Mr. Stastney served in the same capacity at Victus Capital. Before Victus Capital Mr. Stastney was a Director at Credit Suisse First Boston in New York. He received his J.D. from Yale Law School and his B.A. from the University of North Dakota. Since October 2007 Mr. Stastney has sat on the Board of Directors for Medical Solutions Management Inc. a publicly traded Company. |
