A multi-specialist, Severine works with a variety of global clients. She recruits general management, such as CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and other members of the senior team, as well as individuals to fill key operational and functional positions in charge of developing growth strategies. Severine is notably a key contributor to the Financial Services Practice with a specialization in insurance and specialized financial services the TMT Practice and the Consumer and Retail Practice. During tenures with respected strategy consulting firms, Severine worked with global clients in various industries to develop and refine business strategies and to improve operational efficiency. Initially she was a consultant with Bossard Consultants where she assisted financial services, automotive, and industrial organizations. Later Severine joined Telesis where she was a senior consultant to global banking, retail, luxury goods, and building material clients. When Telesis merged with A.T. Kearney, she became a Principal consulting with financial services, private equity, media, and industrial companies. A graduate of the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales, Severine is based in the firm’s Paris office. |
