Seth R. Johnson has been a member of our Board of Directors since September 2007. Previously, from 2005 - 2006, Mr. Johnson was Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Pacific Sunwear of California, a publicly traded retailer of men's and women's apparel. He joined Pacific Sunwear in 2004 as Chief Operating Officer. Before that, Mr. Johnson was employed for 12 years by Abercrombie & Fitch, from 1999 - 2004 as Chief Operating Officer and Director, and from 1992 - 1998 as Chief Financial Officer. His other experience includes employment at The Limited Inc., BATUS Retail Group, Conoco Inc., and Dayton Hudson Corp. Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Yale University and a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Chicago. |
