Seth Good is an associate in the firm's Commercial Finance Group. He represents financial institutions in documenting and negotiating asset-based and cash-flow commercial finance transactions, including working capital, equipment and acquisition financings. While attending the University of Michigan, Mr. Good was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. |
