Experience Seth Halvorson concentrates his practice in corporate law, with an emphasis on representing emerging companies. His practice includes a variety of corporate transactional matters with private and public companies, including debt and equity financings, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to practicing law, Seth worked with emerging companies in various stages of their development. He led the successful workout of a sporting goods manufacturing company that resulted in its acquisition by a national firm, negotiated the successful dissolution of a software joint venture, and worked as a consultant for independent restaurateurs.
