Serina Barkley is an attorney at Dwyer & Collora, LLP representing clients in all of the firm’s practice areas including complex civil litigation, employment, health care and white-collar criminal defense.
Ms. Barkley joined Dwyer & Collora, LLP, in 2007 after serving three years as an assistant district attorney in the New York County District Attorney’s Office, Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor. Her experiences prepared her to be an advocate for criminal defendants and civil litigants. There she conducted ten felony trials, six as lead attorney, sixteen hearings before New York State Supreme Courts, and presented over one hundred felony cases to the Grand Jury of the New York Supreme Courts.
