* Twelve years of software development experience including the last five years in management;

* Four plus years managing distributed software development teams between Ukraine and the US;

* Over ten years experience designing and managing the development of financial applications for banks and software vendors in Ukraine and the US;

* Masters degree in Systems Analysis from the National Technical University of Oil and Gas, Ivano-Frankivs'k, Ukraine.
