Sergio is managing director of LECG's Milan office. Sergio has served listed, public and private corporations mainly in the manufacturing, insurance and service industry, and has led multidisciplinary teams on complex clients' financial and strategic matters, particularly tied to the enhancement of shareholders' values by preparing, conducting and debriefing M&A deals, and often in post-acquisition disputes and arbitration.
Sergio spent 34 years at Arthur Andersen until 2000. He was a partner for 23 years mainly in management positions including: practice director and audit practice coordinator for Italy and the Mediterranean region; managing director and chairman of Arthur Andersen MBA, a consulting arm dedicated to strategic and business consulting, M&A and financial consulting; and managing director of the litigation practice in Italy.
An active journalist and writer, Sergio has supported clients' sustainable development with new technologies, creating an on-line managed Award on Customer Satisfaction jointly with the leading Italian financial newspaper and a healthcare advisory e-community for the Milan region's doctors. |
