Serge Genetet, Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific Operations, is responsible for sales and marketing development, and professional services and training activities within the Asia Pacific regions. Prior to this position, Mr. Genetet was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Customer Service, which included customer support, education and professional services. Since joining InfoVista in January 2001 he has successively executed the positions of Director for Worldwide Professional Services, Vice President of Solution Delivery (to develop synergies between pre-sales and professional services teams), and Vice President of EMEA Operations. Prior to joining InfoVista, Mr. Genetet was Director of the Service Level Agreement Department at SITA Equant, a leading provider of global IP and data services and an InfoVista customer since 1998. Mr. Genetet was also a Senior Consultant at Valoris Groupe, which specializes in decision support systems and e-business solutions for large corporations and service providers. He has also served as CEO and founder of Helix, a financial software company based in France. Mr. Genetet is a graduate of Ecole Centrale de Paris, a French engineering school. |
