Mr. Bursakov has a B.SC in Construction Engineering Technologies from the University of Control Systems, Radio and Electronic of Tomsk (Russia). Mr. Bursakov has a M.SC in Radio Engineering of Space Systems specialized in Telemetria from the Army University of Rostov-on-Don (Russia).
