Sean Reid joined American Capital in 2005 as Assistant General Counsel. Prior to joining American Capital, Mr. Reid was an Associate in the Corporate & Securities practice group of Covington & Burling in Washington, D.C., where his practice focused on structured finance and secured lending transactions, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance issues.
Mr. Reid received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and an editor of the Virginia Law Review, and his B.B.A. in Accounting from The College of William and Mary. Mr. Reid is a member of the Virginia and District of Columbia Bars. |
