Sean O'Neill develops and expands new and existing commercial deposit and loan relationships for Security Business Bank, accelerating the organization's leadership role in the business banking community.
His skills in negotiating, facilitating and structuring commercial real estate, investor real estate and conventional commercial loan portfolios complement the bank's growth-oriented strategy.
Prior to joining Security Business Bank, O'Neill held leadership positions with Union Bank of California and with Community Bank of Nevada where he launched a pilot office in San Diego. He also served as Vice President of Operations for Athleisure Inc./Sun Diego, organizing business operations for six retail stores.
O'Neill earned a Bachelor's Degree in marketing from San Diego State University. |
