Sean Murphy, CPC is President of the Connecticut division of Management Search, Inc. He has over 11 years of executive search experience and has personally conducted assignments on behalf of companies in a range of functional disciplines including Operations, Sales, Engineering, Finance, General Management, Information Technology, and Accounting. He has served clients in various industries including Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Retail, and Technology.



Sean is currently responsible for conducting search projects for the East Hartford divisions key clients and leading a staff of 14 executive search practitioners who specialize in recruiting and placing talent with well known clients such as Newell Rubbermaid, Goodrich, Dresser Industries, and SPX to name a few.



Prior to joining Management Search, Sean was a Sr. Account Executive with Ricoh Corporation and was responsible for developing strategic relationships and developing solutions for office equipment needs with companies throughout the Northeast.



Sean earned his Master's Degree in Human Resource Development from American International College and his Bachelor's Degree in Management from the University of Massachusetts. Sean has recently served as an expert witness for the United States Department of Justice.
