Mr. McGlynn is an underwriter and analyst at CFA. His primary responsibilities include sizing, underwriting and closing debt and equity transactions. In addition, he serves to coordinate deal flow and functions as a liaison between the Chief Underwriter and the Sales Department. Prior to joining CFA, he was an associate at Commerzbank AG in New York working in a principal transactions group on leveraged loan and structured finance investments. Mr. McGlynn has also worked as an underwriter for Credit Suisse First Boston's investment banking division and IXIS Capital Markets, a boutique commercial real estate advisor. Mr. McGlynn holds a BA in Economics and European Studies from Hobart College and an MBA in Finance from the Kogod School of Business at American University. |
