Sean McDonnell is responsible for managing project development and design, budget controls and schedule adherence in the Carolinas and mid-Atlantic region. Prior to joining KDC, Sean has held positions in both commercial real estate and construction. Most recently, Sean served as Vice President at Price Davis Construction Company, in Charlotte NC, where he managed strategic planning, business development and the day-to-day operations.
