Sean has nearly 10 years in construction management and estimating experience. Sean focuses on developing estimates as part of Elaine’s project team, and has worked primarily on projects in the institutional and healthcare sectors. Most recently, Sean has acted as the primary point of contact for subcontractors during preconstruction estimating and bidding phases of ELAINE’s work, while working with our estimating team in some of our most complex initiatives. |
