Sean represents corporate trust companies and the corporate trust departments of major banking institutions. Sean has worked on a wide range of corporate trust transactions including front and back-end indenture work involving both corporate and municipal debt, asset and security backed financings, escrow agreements, and various types of agency agreements.
Sean is a 2005 cum laude graduate of St. John's University School of Law, where he was a St. Thomas More Scholar. He graduated cum laude with a B.S. from Wagner College in 2002, where he was an Oppenheimer Scholar. |
