Mr. Sullivan has fifteen (15) years of experience as a finance and M&A professional. Since October 2004, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Spencer Press.
Prior to Spencer Press, Mr. Sullivan served as the Executive Vice President of Burton Capital Management. Prior to Burton Capital Management, Mr. Sullivan served as the Senior Vice President, Finance and Corporate Development for Moore Corporation Limited (now part of R.R. Donnelley). In this position, he functioned in a dual capacity providing the leadership for the Corporate Development Group, as well as serving as the senior financial executive of the company's Commercial Print Division.
Prior to his tenure at Moore Corporation Limited, Mr. Sullivan served as the Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions for Engage, Inc. While at Engage, he successfully announced and closed five acquisitions for over $2.5 billion in purchase price. From 1998 until joining Engage, Inc., Mr. Sullivan was the Director of Business Development for World Color Press, Inc. While at World Color, he successfully negotiated and delivered multiple, first year accretive acquisitions.
Mr. Sullivan began his career at Ernst & Young and held various positions in the audit and M&A groups in Boston and New York from 1989 through 1998. He is a CPA and received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University. |
