Sean O’Neill is Senior Vice President Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. He is responsible for managing all communication with institutional and retail investors, research analysts and the media.
Previously, Mr. O’Neill was Corporate Vice President Financial Relations for a global Fortune 200 Company based in Chicago. He has also held senior positions with Thomson Financial, as Managing Director Strategic Investor Relations Consulting; and First Chicago NBD (BankOne), as Vice President - Investor Relations.
His experience includes counseling the executive management of large-, mid- and small-cap companies on a wide range of issues, including: capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, capital management decision making, corporate restructuring, rating agency relations and crisis communications.
Mr. O’Neill earned his Masters of Business Administration, with honors, from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fairfield University. He is a member of the Board of Governors of The Mid-America Club and a member of the National Investor Relations Institute. |
