Since joining the firm in 1992, Sean Quinn has represented injured and disabled people in various types of litigation to secure their rights under personal injury, workers' compensation, and/or social security disability laws. He has taken his clients' causes, whether they be due to a car accident, a slip and fall, a work place injury, or simply wear and tear deterioration, thru trials, arbitrations, settlements, mediations, administrative hearings, and appeals in those areas. Sean is a member of the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association, including the Amicus Curiae and Workers' Compensation Committees. He also serves on the board of the Duluth Trial Lawyers Association, and is currently the President of the DTLA. He has lectured at various seminars, primarily in the areas of workers' compensation and social security disability. He has been recognized by his peers with a BV rating by Martindale-Hubbell and a "Super Lawyer" designation by Minnesota Law and Politics. When away from the office, Sean spends time with his family, including serving as coach to his kids' baseball, softball, and soccer teams. |
