Scott A. Wallace is Managing Director Finance and Treasurer of Imperial Capital Bancorp, Inc.. In this position, Mr. Wallace directs the Company’s asset liability management, liquidity management, deposit product pricing, budgeting and financial planning, and wholesale loan pool acquisitions and sales. Mr. Wallace was previously the Company’s Chief Administrative Officer from 2000 to 2002, Chief Accounting Officer from 1999 to 2002, and Controller from 1996 to 1999. Prior to joining the Company, he was Vice President Finance of Westfield Corporation, Vice President Controller of First Los Angeles Bank, and was a Senior Manager in the audit division of Kenneth Leventhal and Company, a national CPA firm where he specialized in the financial services and real estate industries. Mr. Wallace is a Certified Public Accountant in California and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPA's. Mr. Wallace received a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles. |
