As President and Chief Executive Officer of GlobalServe, Inc. Scott D. Thompson is responsible for providing the company's strategic direction, development and the successful execution of the company's goals and objectives. A technology industry veteran, Scott Thompson brings more than a 20 year record of executive leadership and successes in intensely competitive environments where he identified new and emerging business opportunities, dramatically increased revenues, and developed winning strategies. Prior to joining GlobalServe, Scott served as President of Solutionary, a managed security services provider, and President and CEO of TeleTech (TTEC), a $1.1 billion customer management company. While at the helm of TeleTech, Scott drove revenues from $500 million to $1 Billion. Scott also served as Sr. Vice President of North American Sales at Verisign, a provider of digital trust services, Executive Vice President of Consulting and Services at Ascend Communications, and Vice President of Global Service and Solutions at Compaq Computers. Scott began his career at Tandem Computers. During his sixteen years with the company, he served in a variety of senior executive positions, including President and General Manager of its Asia Pacific Division and President of Global Services. |
