Scott joined HouseValues in August 2002 to focus on building the Customer Operations team and help agents be incredibly successful with the HouseValues system. In 2007 he took on the role to serve as the chief customer advocate and is tasked with driving the highest levels of customer satisfaction and excitement across the entire subscriber base. Prior to HouseValues he worked at Microsoft Corporation for 14 years doing Windows Evangelism and Internet product businesses. He also spent 2 years in Microsoft Europe managing third party relationships and business opportunities. He has extensive background at Microsoft building relationships and creating win-win situations for Microsoft and many 3rd parties. Prior to Microsoft Smith ran his own real estate related company developing land and building new homes. |
