Scott Sims, Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Fleming Pharmaceuticals has been a sales and marketing leader in the pharmaceutical industry for 15 years, with experience in building commercial teams, strategic and financial planning and implementation, and opinion leader development. Mr. Sims' main duty at Fleming is to lead sales and marketing initiatives to build on current consumer and prescription brands while finding new opportunities through business development collaboration.
Most recently, Mr. Sims served as Director of Marketing at a St. Louis-based pharmaceutical company where he headed up a team that launched new prescription products and repositioned mature brands. Previously he led an initiative with a pharmaceutical firm engaged in specialty generics, where he also was responsible for building marketing and sales functions from the ground floor.

Mr. Sims graduated from Southern Illinois University with a bachelor's degree in marketing. He completed a master's in organizational behavioral from the University of Phoenix in 2003.
During his free time, Mr. Sims enjoys spending time with his wife and their love for the outdoors and nature.
